Ingredients:       (portions for a 5 gal. batch)
 6.6 lbs.  Amber Malt syrup  
 0.88 lbs.  American crystal 10L   All grain
 0.44 lbs.  Black Patent malt   All grain
 0.44 lbs.  British chocolate   All grain
 2 lbs.  Sugar (Brown)  
 0.25 lbs.  Barley (Black Roasted)   All grain
 1 lbs.  Belgian pale malt   All grain
 0.5 lbs.  Oats (flaked)   All grain
 1 oz.  Hallertauer   (pellet% AA) Boil time 60 min.
 1 oz.  Hallertauer   (pellet% AA) Boil time 30 min.
 0.5 oz.  Hallertauer   (pellet% AA) Boil time 5 min.
 1 oz  Irish Moss  
Directions:
Grains are steeped for 30 mins at 165* F for 30 minutes and then sparged in 6 cups (boiled) but cooled 160* F water for 2 minutes and then added to the whole boil.
