Ingredients:       (portions for a 5 gal. batch)
 6 lbs.  Wheat extract  
 0.5 oz.  Cascade   (pellet% AA) Boil time 60 min.
 0.5 oz.  Cascade   (pellet% AA) Boil time 15 min.
 1 oz  Sweet Orange Peel  
 0.5 oz  Corriander  
 1 oz  Imitation Banana Extract  
 7 oz.  Coopers Ale  Yeast   (Ideal ferm. temp: 65-75°F)
Directions:
Coriander and sweet orange peel added during last 30 minutes of the boil. Imitation banana extract added at beginning of secondary fermentation.

Dry hopped in secondary with 1 oz of US Saaz hops
